I would have rated this much higher had the bottom line not been just shy of "be a vegan". Sure a plant food diet is going to make you "healthier" and, in many instances, irradicate various diseases, but where is the fun in eating? Fascinating results on a 30 year study, but unless you wholeheartedly believe in veganism and are prepared to give up all dairy, eggs, and most animal based foods, this book is just plain uninteresting.
