Cronin combines two classic and overused literary elements--vampires and the end of the world--and spins them into something entirely fresh and new. To me, it's an amazing accomplishment.

Roxy It was refreshingly different. One of my favourite reads of last year. Can't wait for the sequel later this year... already pre-ordered.

Angelic3432 I will have to try & reread this one. I just couldnt get into the story. Sometimes I have to be in the mood for certain genre's though. Thanks for reminding me of this book!
