I really couldn't put this one down. I love Coben's Myron Bolitar books, but I think his other fiction raises more interesting questions and is even more intriguing. Certainly this one was fascinating and gut-wrenching. Anyone who has ever raised a teenager will recognize the dilemmas faced by parents who want to protect their children on the brink of adulthood while giving them the freedom to grow and to fail. And Coben touches on some interesting notions of the roots of evil in the character of Nash. And as always, this book is full of the tension that Coben is so good at!
