This diet WORKS. I lost 6 pounds in two weeks and did not exercise.
At the time I did this diet, I was vegetarian. I ate a lot of eggs and substituted meat with meat-free boca/morningstar products. The hardest part was making it through the sugar cravings in the first 2 week period. It is extremely difficult to find time to eat all the meals and snacks when you have a full time job, and I did not like spending all my time thinking about and planning out meals.
Thus, I stopped and gave into my vices like cake and chocolate.
One day I may have the discipline to follow this again..but not likely.
