I simultaneously wished for all I'm worth that I was a chef and thankful I have never set a toe inside a commercial kitchen. I really enjoyed reading how Tony got into cooking and the various misadventures to eventually led to him writing and his TV show. If you're an Anthony Bourdain fan or just love food, this is a must read.
