it was amazing
bookshelves: fantasy, fiction

Willie returns to her hometown of Templeton pregnant & destitute in spirit just as the mythological lake monster of her youth surfaces belly up in Templeton's beloved lake. This story revolves around this creature & the events long past, past & present that relate to its iconic mystical presence. It could symbolically mean that this tiny hamlet must find a way to move into the future and find a way to forgive reprises of the past.
