** spoiler alert ** This was written to be fun, and I think it succeeded. A fun, colourful, enjoyable romp of a romance. *I liked the minions.* However, I felt it didn't really deal with the ethical issues around mind control, which makes me uneasy.

Maybe if there had been just a paragraph more to explain that she knew that she was ostensibly controlled and found it funny? I don't know.

Becky so without spoilers, should I read it or not?

Jasmine Knowing your reading tastes, probably it wouldn't be your thing. Though if you have an extra 1.99, the kids in it are pretty excellent. DO WHAT FEELS RIGHT TO YOU?

Becky By "my reading tastes" what are you suggesting I won't like about the book? More out of curiosity than anything else.

Jasmine You're an English major? The plot on this was rather transparent. Fun, but transparent.

Becky I see. I will think on this then. It looks like a fun book, so maybe I will check it out.
