Yes, we have been here before with Harlequin Presents, but I actually think this one did it better than some. This heroine had some serious backbone!
The hero was yummy and rich, of course. The heroine was another virginal penniless young thang who recently discovered her grandpapa was loaded.
They meet and he falls head over heels in lust-and love-with the heroine. I really liked that! What I did not like...of course, she remains chaste for the SIX YEAR SEPARATION and he does not. I sooo do not like that, in theory, but I do get why authors tend to do that.
Anyway, this hero grovelled and earned a second-or rather, third-chance with our heroine.
