really liked it

I was at BYU in the early 90's and although I was aware of what was going on I was oblivious to the extent of the hate. I'm sure I blocked out a lot of it as a way to keep going and to keep the peace in my home. I don't quite understand the pull she felt to go back but maybe one day I will understand it in a different sort way. Reading the Prop 8 section made me horribly uncomfortable all over again but I believe it is good to be uncomfortable and to remember. Thank you Joanna for a beautifully heartfelt memoir and for helping us to remember that we do matter and that Mormon women are important.
