"So far I've read through the first seven chapters and am very impressed! This first novel by Jason Warne is a heart wrenching story of a teens struggle with self image, bullying, and addiction - real life social issues that hit close to home. I can't wait to read more of this book and see where the rest of "Spencer's" journey leads. I think that this novel should be REQUIRED READING in schools for every teenager!" |

I finished "Fix By Force" by Jason Warne. What can I say? WOW!!!!! "Spencer's" story is deeply moving. Struggles with self-esteem, bullying, and drug use are such hard hitting issues with not only our young people, but our general population. Problems that can be overcome. There is help. There is HOPE. EVERY TEEN AND THEIR PARENTS NEED TO READ THIS BOOK. I have contacted our local high school, and they are not only considering adding this to their library, but possibly using it in the curriculum for a class which helps teens work through exactly these types of social issues. WELL DONE, MR. WARNE, WELL DONE!
