This was my first venture into a book that's more crime than fantasy, and more likely to happen than just a story in a book. Perhaps that's the reason why I gave it a 3 star rating, but nevertheless, it was a fine read. Although it didn't capture me within it's few first sentences, I feel that it was a well written story. It was action packed, but the story did not hold much suspense. The ending was sadly disappointing, as there was a few loose ends, and my suspicions was not answered. For example, where was the companion of the assassin? And what did the ending of the book signified when clearly, the loose end has been knotted neatly? Maybe I'll give another go when I'm starting to read more Agatha Cristie books, but right now, I feel I have more questions than answers in the end.

Zord Hopefully, there would be a sequel and with a bit more action from the mafia boss.
