The many twists and turns in this chapter of the Hunger Games trilogy pull you deeper into the story than ever before. The resignation on Katniss's part that the Capitol will succeed in destroying her and her devotion to save Peeta in their second Hunger Games, along with her continued confusion as to her feelings for both Peeta and Gale, truly made my heart feel for her. The ending left me slack-jawed for a good fifteen minutes after I'd finished. I am still in disbelief.
