liked it

Important point to mention right away is that I am not a baseball fan. Therefore it took me months to get through this book in between others. I liked the movie and wanted to know more, and I'm a big Michael Lewis fan. Worth reading. An interesting insider look at the game of baseball and a fascinating character study of Billy Beane. Gave me some insights to share with my husband who IS a baseball fan. I am now the quintessential example of a little knowledge being a dangerous thing.

Clay Kallam If Maggi, who dislikes sports in general, and who runs out of interest at baseball games in the second inning (once the hot dog is consumed and the AT&T ballpark circumnavigation is complete), liked this book, many agnostics about the sport shouldn't be afraid to take the leap.
