Written in a columnist style, TELL-ALL is a very amusingly satirical take on Hollywood and its residents. Hazie Coogan, our narrator, is a personal assistant to Katherine Kenton, an over-the-hill movie star. When Kenton is wooed by a new writer man, Hazie does everything in her power to make sure her cougar-esque prima donna doesn’t get hurt. It seems that Katherine’s new beau only has eyes for her because he wants to write a biography about her…okay, backtrack; he has ALREADY written her biography, you know, the one where she dies at the end. Discovering a hardcopy of the biography, Hazie tells Katherine about her beau’s diabolical plot. Cue the foiling and revenge. Eventually, a revised copy of the biography shows up…one with a different conclusion, yet still ending in a violent death.
