well...i wasn't expecting much. i was looking for a "tequila shot" book. you know, you want it to go down fast and easy...don't think about it too much. just too relax your mind for a while.
this book delivered. the format especially helped with this -- as it reads almost like a book of short stories but with re-ocuring characters. there was little to no character devel and the subject line was repetitive (it's so hard to find a good man in the city) and familiar (like a cleaner version of Sex and the City without all the substance and character devel).
but i read the whole thing. again the format really helped. and it took my mind off things for a bit.
