really liked it

A great follow-up to Kitchen Confidential, the book that propelled Anthony Bourdain into super stardom. He reminisces about the changes in the life. A few amazing anecdotes about great meals he's had in the most talked about fine dining restaurants and all over the world. After finishing one chapter, I was sorely tempted to immediately book a flight to Vietnam to eat pho. He certainly does not hold back on his thoughts on certain culinary figures. Great entertaining read if you are curious about the culinary world and enjoy his other books and television series.
