Wow! I loved this coming of age story, which really explores what it means to love a child. Whether or not you have kids, this book takes a stance on unconditional love through the story of a foster child who has aged out of the system, after some difficult and heartbreaking experiences. Through the healing power of flowers, and their meanings, she embarks on a journey of self acceptance that leads her back to her most significant foster parent, one who truly loved her unconditionally.
