This may be deBotton's masterpiece. It seems like everything he's published prior has led to this volume. I devoured it in just a few days and can't stop discussing it. Religion for Atheists will likely reside on my nightstand for years to come. deBotton's book are lyrical delights to read; masterfully-crafted; and always seem to capture long-held beliefs I could never express myself. If I could afford to, I'd move to London for a year to study at his School of Life. It just might be worth the shake-up to return to America, my family, my profession & friends as a more grounded individual.
