This book should be read by everyone who cares about the inability of our leaders to find common ground. It also explains how and why people are drawn to political "teams" and how they use post hoc rationalization to justify their positions ("morality bind and blinds"). Unfortunately, the people who need this book most are those who are least likely to read it.
