MAKE WAY FOR DUCKLINGS by McCloskey, Robert; the book is totally high-quality for any age. It is about Mr. and Mrs. Mallard found a quiet place to raise their babies then took them to the pond in the Boston Public Garden where there were peanuts to eat. I grow up in a little farm so this story is so familiar to me. I really enjoyed reading it with daughter and explaining to all of my children lots of related things about farms and how life in farm looks like. My children have never been a farm or seen farm animals. Hence this was very educational book full of interesting story. This is an enjoyable duckling journey available on audio and in print. The story speaks to people from everywhere, families worldwide, and emphasized the love and nurturing that parent’s show for their children. I think every family should have the benefit of read it.
