The Passion of Mary-Margaret
by Lisa Samson
by Lisa Samson
Pleasantly surprised! A profound story of redemptive love. Written in the first person narrative, the reader learns of the life of Mary-Margaret as she reflects on the present and the past. Lisa Samson's writing style is appropriately meanders (as would the mind of the 70 year old woman, Mary Margaret). She writes with humor and depths of spiritual thought. Very Catholic, but not offensively.
Not only did I enjoy the story, but more importantly is caused me to ponder forgiveness, love, risk, purpose, impact...
One warning... depravity of man is included! An adult read.
