I'm a bit torn on this one. There was some beautiful unrequited love, and quite a bit of delightful angst, and yet there was also explicit rape and spousal abuse, which is not something I had anticipated going in.
While it was well-written and enjoyable story that certainly kept my attention, I think there was just a tiny bit too much "heaviness" to it for my tastes right now.
