The characters don't have the same depth or common sense as, say, Arabella, Frederica, or Mary Challoner, and therefore this is more fluffy than the best of Heyer; but it is very funny and enjoyable fluff, especially in the male protagonist's* foppish, foolish, friends.

* Whose name I have forgotten after only a week and a half, which tells you just how fluffy this is.
