Should be required reading for all programmers. Basically this is Extreme Programming with a more politically correct title. I like this style of programming and preach it religiously to developers. It's a very difficult paradigm shift for most engineers to think about test uses cases before design. But once they see the beauty of unit tests married to their code, there a very few engineers that want to go back to the days of hunting and pecking through a large application for the purpose of debugging and purifying their code.
