I really liked Elsewhere by the same author, so I decided to give this a try. Teenager Naomi (often called "Nomi" in my Kindle edition--couldn't tell if it was a typo or a weird nickname) falls and hits her head on the school steps, and when she wakes up she can't remember anything from the last four years. And now she's stuck with the consequences of choices she can't remember making. She can't figure out what she has in common with her boyfriend, she's not speaking to her mother, and she's drifted away from her old friends to join a clique. Now Naomi has to start over, deciding what kind of life she wants to live.

Interesting read, the kind of book that made me wonder what the five-years-ago or ten-years-ago versions of myself would think of the life I'm living now.
