Rachel is a smart, witty and balanced writer. I love her capacity to delve into serious topics in ways that are entertaining, inspiring and simultaneously call out bullshit for what it is, but in a respectful and constructive way. Impossible right?

The span of themes in this book is quite interesting as well. This one experiment leads to chapters discussing everything from feminism, global inequality, poverty and fair trade coffee to jewish and evangelical culture, domestic skills, meditation, personal insecurities to biblical exegesis.
