Read from March 27 to 29, 2012

This is a sad little story about a sad little man. Tony has not experience much in his sad little life so he is doomed to rehash every little detail until the truth becomes secondary. I suppose we all repaint ourselves as heroes and heroines in our own lives and reading about Tony's manipulation of the story of his life gives heed to notice our own tendencies to gild the lily.

Several other reviews I read encourage reading this little story for a second time to gain an entirely different perspective on the character Veronica. I think this story holds up well to further investigation and has the makings of classic philosophical fiction similar to Ayn Rand's The Fountainhead.
