really liked it
Read from March 26 to April 03, 2012

I am not much for historical fiction, but I really liked this book. I liked the alternating of Ann Eliza's story with Jordan's story. At times I had to remind myself I was reading a fiction book and not non-fiction. Many of the facts that were in the book "Under The Banner Of Heaven" were echoed in "The 19th Wife". Ebershoff really did his homework and produced a well-written novel. Anyone who likes historical fiction would really like this book. A good choice for book groups. This will provoke a good discussion.
