really liked it
Read from March 29 to 31, 2013

I don't know what to say about this I really don't! To put it simply there is no book or series without L.j Smith. If she thinks the series is concluded than it should be finished with, with absolutely no ghost writers. Just because there is a series based on the book, on the actual book that L.j Smith wrote does not mean the series should be continued or touched in any way or form.

All I have to say now is why, why??? As far as I am concerned the series finished when L.J Smith stopped writing. You can agree or disagree with me, it does not matter this is what I strongly believe.

After Reading The Divide: I was wrong... Can't wait to read this book!

AFTER READING: What can I say... This book kept me on the edge of my seat, desperately waiting to read what would come next. It was addictive, great plot and had some great, unexpected twists and turns. A lot of people from what I have read found 'The Hunt' not as good as 'The Divide'. I for one am not one of those people. I have to admit I thoroughly enjoyed this book as much as the others. Now that Cassie has Black John's book of shadows she becomes obsessed with learning the dark arts. Will she be able to handle the dark witch craft or will she put others life's at risk?

If you read 'The Divide' and enjoyed it I strongly recommend you read this one. Can't wait to get my hands on the next book, 'The Temptation'. This series never seems to let me down...

Chloe Though it is unfortunate that someone has taken over the series from Smith did you read what she wanted to do with a sequel? Did you read the new vampire diaries trilogy? Terrible. I think somewhere along the way she just gets too out there and her stories go from perfect to mot making sense at all. The Divide was not terrible, not great either but it seemed like a more natural way to take the story instead of Nick goes blind and Cassie follows him to the underworld. And I am going to state this again so I don't get hated on: I like LJ Smith, I do and it is unfortunate that her story has been taken away from her.

Erika Thanks for your opinion. I guess I can't really judge as of yet as I have not read the divide ever since I found out that L.J Smith did not write it. I will read it but it does not mean I will approve of it if you get what I mean. It was her series, her creative mind telling that led her to make such an incredible series. I just think that she should be the one to end it or if she decides to continue it whether it is or isn't a television series.

Steph I agree with Chloe. The first like 2 books in the V.Diaries were really good, but then i was like....WTH? and I liked the Secret Circle, but the last book was starting to get a little too mythical. I get it, they're witches and all, but come on. I like the new shadow author, I like how she/he writes and the ideas for the books. Im excited to see what happens with the Hunters! Who cares who wrote it? I care about what happens to the characters, and as long as it's a decent plot, I'll read it.

Just read 'The Divide', I agree with you.
