A beautiful cookbook, full of delicious recipes. Some are a little exotic for my current tastes and skills (I don't think I will be cooking with octopus any time soon!), but the ones we did attempt were definitely keepers. Those that are, alone, worth the price of admission include...

-sausage carbonara
-spaghetti tetrazzini
-salad from capri
-quick tiramisu
-pork chops with sage (just fantastic!)

Myev I love this book. Try the pappa Pomodoro soup, so delicious (and probably kid friendly!)
