This book gives new meaning to the term control freak. Bronsky has such a unique, fresh voice - she is fast becoming a favourite.

Shelley I find these Europa Editions always interesting!

Lisa pleasantly surprised Jonathan Yardley's Second Readings: Notable & Neglected Books was a Europa Edition. It will grace my future reading room bookshelves one day! When I see a new Europa Edition book (or new to me) I grab it :) It all began with a little book, The Elegance of the Hedgehog...have you read Jane Gardam's Old Filth trilogy? Wonderful. P.S. so glad I still see Button Nose...always makes me smile.
