Read from March 24 to 27, 2012

While the story was good, Jean jumped around way to much. she went from talking about three women, whose story we really want to hear, to her times with her then boyfriend, and then back to the women again. It was also too short. For 76 pages, it should have been a nook freebie, but it wasn't.

Overall: story was good, but could have been told better.

Jean Sasson Hi Megan, Glad you read the book -- sorry you didn't like it. However, I wanted to let you know that CHICK is only the beginning of what will be a very long memoir. I would call it the first in the series. Following this first series will be the stories of many other adventures which occurred in Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Kuwait and Iraq. Anyhow, good to chat and for now, happy reading, Jean Sasson
