This was a good story and worth reading. It's fun, it's cathartic, it has everything you could want in a novel, especially a scifi novel.

Being who I am (myself) I was peeved by a few things. I felt throughout that the author overestimated (by a lot) the reasonableness of mankind when acting in mass and at certain points vastly oversimplified complex social issues. He also has no understanding of what science means. What he describes the Overlords doing - observing and recording events that are not only well, observable and recordable through logical scientific means but also are repeated - is science. Therefore the Overmind is not paranormal and not beyond science and reason. Learn some science **science**fiction writers c'mon.

Otherwise, it's a great story.
