I was inspired by my earlier read of Frankel's (A Place of Yes) to pick up this book too, but I was disappointed with this one.
Although I'm sure anyone could pick up a tip or two from this book about eating less and eating healthier - I found the few recipes I tried to be terrible. And bland. I think it was all the more disappointing because she kept claiming everything was sooooo delicious. (And just because you call ricotta cheese with vanilla and chocolate chips 'faux cheesecake' doesn't mean it tastes anything like cheesecake - trust me on this one).
And, well, I can see how you would be a skinnygirl if all the food you ate tasted like that.
I had also checked out her recipe book from the library, but after trying some of the recipes in this book - I returned it pronto without even opening it.
