Tsunami Blue was a fast paced, action packed book from start to finish. I liked the pirates, the escapes and chases and of course Gabriel Black. The story itself was fun to read and it was never boring. I'll most likely read the next book to find out what happened to Finnigan. I liked Blue though I wished she'd act just a tad more human at times. There's nothing wrong with being tough, but even people with hard shells have feelings. Sometimes the constant front got on my nerves but overall I liked Blue and I liked Gabriel too. I do wish the ending had elaborated on how Gabriel was able to do that little magic trick of his, but maybe that'll be in the next book? Anyhow, the story was fun and I enjoyed it.
