really liked it

I have to admit that I have not read this cover to cover. This is a great book to just pick up, open to a random page and read a little bit at a time. This and Eco's History of Beauty are just beautifully produced books. If you appreciate art and/or the musings of Eco, then your library is incomplete without these volumes.

Tom K I haven't tried to slog through Foucault's Pendulum yet. But Baudolino was surprisingly light. The Name of the Rose was verbose and dense but still worht the time put into it. I recall that you didn't care too much for Foucault's Pendulum.

I will say I don't think it would be possible or worht my time to read the above book cover to cover.
