Okay, the premise was great - a boy growing up in a New York orphanage in the late 19th century finds out that he may be Jack the Ripper's son. The execution, on the other hand, is slightly less than great. Too long by about 150 pages and too much repetition. I wanted to like this book but ended up just wanting it to be over. Some violence.
