I am reeling from reading this book.

It is honestly difficult to grasp the greed, the lack of any semblance of integrity, and the sheer incompetence of the people who were, and are, involved in "Wall Street." Inventing financial instruments to entice and then cheat customers by betting against their ability to pay off loans that should not have been written in the first place was a high-risk game that few even understood.

People who failed to foresee the global financial crisis because they didn't understand what was going on are now trying to fix it: Henry Paulson, Timothy Geithner, Ben Bernanke, and others. I am disgusted.

Read this book. Stay informed. Guard yourselves.
