A very interesting life Mr. Samuelson has lived. This book is a great lesson in perseverance and achievement! I will never eat a chef prepared meal again without wondering what the chef may have endured on his journey or what he may have missed out on with the road not taken. Truly an inspiration, if you want it it is yours only if you care enough to work hard for it. I certainly plan to eat at Red Rooster on my next visit to New York!
