The author mingles his very personal account of his own relationships in a 4-brother family with dysfuntional parents with a general survey of research on sibling relationships. Quite interesting, but not a definitive review. In the end, the reader probably feels inspired to brush up his/her own sibling bonds if it isn't too late!
