it was ok
bookshelves: adolescent-lit, series
Read from March 18 to 22, 2012

I'm glad to be done with this. I think that Clayton has a very poetic way about her writing . . . I love the way she describes things. And that's about where my praise for this one ends. It was just too Disney for my taste. Everyone survives, everyone ends up happily ever after, and all the good guys are so powerful that even their struggles are but bumps in the road. It was far more action packed than the first book, but not a whole lot more satisfying.

Alexandria Chadwick The Whisper is way better than The Roar!

Mrs. Oqueli It is!!! It's where everything that should have happened i the first book happens :)

Alexandria Chadwick I know! I had to go back and read the last chapter in the Roar because I waited so long to read The Whisper that I wasn't completely sure what was going on.
