I JUST LOVED THIS. I think Tamara Ireland Stone is going to be one of the authors that I gravitate towards for adventure, music references (go 90's!) & incredible love stories. No, people. This is NOT like The Time Traveler's Wife (I mean, not that that would be a bad thing but I keep hearing people's assumptions that it's a rip off and no, it is not). Stone's voice is unique & I love love absolutely love her references to Kurt Cobain, Pearl Jam, the world during 1995 (hello, mix CD's & kids without cell phones or Facebook!) as well as her descriptions of so many wonderful places (Chicago, Italy, & even a secluded beach in Thailand). Seriously, if you're in the mood for a cool love story, give this one a shot this October because it's well worth it. Maybe I'll write a longer review closer to the release date but yeah, this was awesome!
