bookshelves: fiction-general, any-own
Read in January, 2009 — I own a copy , read count: 1

I picked this book up in an airport, I think, because I needed something to read and I knew I liked Tom Wolfe. I liked it because I could identify with Charlotte Simmons as she began college as an innocent and found out just how little of life she had experienced. I thought her reactions to the happenings around her - how she grabbed life by the horns and then found out that she couldn't let go - were authentic and poignant.
