Carmack's treatment of this important topic is thought-provoking and thorough. While I'm not sure I agree with all of his conclusions or advice, his work provides a thoughtful point/counterpoint to my own thoughts on the matter, and has enagaged me in a way that has brought clarification, enhancement, and growth to my thoughts (and behavior) on the topic. Recommended.
