Browsing through a K-Mart, I stumbled upon this book for a good price. I hadn't read any Kat Martin before, but the blurb sounded interesting, so I thought I would give it a go.
I was so pleased that I did. I really enjoyed this story. Johnnie was a great hero. The pace was fast enough, and the steam factor was good.
There was plenty of interesting secondary characters, and I have since learned that they are from previous books, which I will now being finding for my tbr. I doubt they will sit there for long.
The only problem I had was not something the author could have prevented. On the back of my copy the names were wrong, and it took me a while to understand who I was reading about was actually the heroine, and not some other women.
All in all a terrific read that I couldn't put down, and yet another author with books that I can't wait to read.
