This is one of the plays he won a Tony for, and structurally it is probably more solid than say Arcadia (which I loved and gave a higher rating), but I found it very mundane and uninteresting compared to his other works. Stoppard is capable of much more imaginative work. I probably admire him more than any other play write and I was kind of disappointed with this one. I expect more than another adultery drama when I read/go to see Stoppard.
