If I could I would give this book 4.5 since I am a hardcore Kenyon fan and I did love this book. However, while there were many pros, there were some cons as well.

Pros:

- The story was wonderfully fast-paced and action packed. It was also as intricate and mysterious as all her books. I don't know how that woman stores so much in her brain, but she is a spectacular story teller.

- The dialogue was hilarious, relatable and full of depth and meaning all at once. Kenyon truly understands emotions and how people think and function. It's impressive how she well she knows pain, loss, fear... etc. as well as love and friendship.

- The book was packed full of good lessons and touched on issues with teens today. Cyber bullying was covered, teen suicide was covered, as was inner strength and taking the moral high ground. Infamous is filled with real life lessons, but it is done in a way that isn't preachy or annoying. It was thought-provoking and both teens and adults can relate to what is said in this book.

- Seeing more of the older character's from Kenyon's adult series, like Thorn! Yay Thorn!

Cons:

- While the story did move forward, I would have liked it if it had moved just a bit more. I felt slightly unfulfilled, like I needed a couple more chapters. I wanted more revealed and less mystery in certain areas.

Overall I loved Infamous. This is the type of book that can touch a lot of readers with its depth and understanding.
I can't wait for more. I am so unbelievably obsessed with the complex world Kenyon has created.
