extraordinary book, David takes us on a journey through the unconscious mind using a real human narrative to add context to factual information on the workings of the mind. Traditional thinking tends to assume that the conscious mind is in the driving seat while his evil twin the unconscious mind is the ever present enemy of rational, analytical thinking. David proves that it is the unconscious mind that steers our lives and mostly for the good. In a complex dance with our conscious minds the unconscious mind gives birth to our actions, behavior and character. We would be well placed spending more time understanding that hidden treasure within us instead of denying it's importance in our life journey.
