Rachel Vincent has a way of making you feel for all her characters whether you like thme or not. Her writing style truly weaves a story no matter the age group she is writing for. I gave up trying to identify with teenagers, but I thought the story was well written, the plot and obvious stories to follow have a solid foundation in these first three stories and even though I was personally a bit bored with the YA type issues, I enjoyed all the characters as they were believable, but not over the top! Another great book by Ms.Vincent...but I think this reader will stay in the adult section :)
