A very slight book with a number of small essays - some only 1-2 pages in length. The theme is partly about growing older and how you and your body and your memory changes. There is the usual Ephron humor and I could easily relate to much of the subject matter. It was enjoyable but sometimes redundant and I got the feeling that it was just written to make a quick buck.
